Big Sky Realty LLC's primary investment strategy is to acquire, renovate and manage value-add multifamily assets in several well established downtown Columbus neighborhood's including Harrison West, Victorian Village, German Village, Merion Village and Olde Towne East.
Big Sky Realty has a full-time mangement and maintenance team in place and we manage all of our properties in-house. Our Property Management division offers tenants access 24/7 to an online portal which allows them to pay rent online, submit work orders and access monthly statements.
