Multifamily Investments

Big Sky Realty's primary investment strategy is to acquire, renovate and manage value-add multifamily assets in several well established downtown Columbus neighborhood's including Harrison West, Victorian Village, German Village, Merion Village and Olde Towne East. Our criteria for new acquisitions includes properties with a minimum of four units in need of substantial renovations located in well established neighborhood's. 

Following the succesful acquisition of a new asset we typically begin renovations within the first six months of ownership. Big Sky Realty oversees the design phase as well as manages all construction activity as the General Contractor.

Big Sky Realty has a full-time mangement and maintenance team in place and we manage all of our properties in-house. Our Property Management division offers tenants access 24/7 to an online portal which allows them to pay rent online, submit work orders and access monthly statements. 

Single Family Investments

We are actively acquiring single family residences in the suburbs of Powell and Hilliard as well as Downtown Columbus. Our single family investment strategy is typically short term and involves the acquisition of properties that range in renovation needs from simple cosmetic updates to full scale renovations. Upon substantial completion we will oversee the marketing and sale of the property.
