Please carefully read the information below before submitting a rental application for one of our Gahanna or Columbus apartments.

Big Sky Realty is an equal housing opportunity provider and processes applications in the order received (we do not maintain a waitlist). If multiple approved applications are received for the same apartment, we will accept the most qualified applicant based on desired move-in date. Prior to submitting an application, applicants must tour the property to ensure the apartment meets their expectations. Submitting an application does not guarantee/hold an apartment and application fees are non-refundable. We strongly encourage applicants to contact our office prior to submitting an application to confirm unit availability. Once an application is approved, a signed lease and fully paid security deposit is required to reserve the apartment. Big Sky Realty will continue to market the property until a signed lease and security deposit has been received.

Where are your apartments located?

We rent apartments in Gahanna and Downtown Columbus, including the Harrison West, Short North, German Village, and Olde Towne East neighborhoods. We currently manage 12 properties across both areas, from small walk-ups to The Everett, our 60-unit building in Gahanna.

How do I apply for an apartment?

Once you find a unit you like on our availability page, you can apply online. If you have questions about the requirements or the application process, call us at (614) 705-9600 and we’ll walk you through it.

How do I schedule a tour?

Most of our units offer self-guided tours that you can book online and view on your own schedule, including evenings and weekends. Start by browsing current availability and choosing the unit you’d like to see.

Are your apartments pet-friendly?

Yes. We allow up to two pets per home. Dogs must be under 50 pounds and some breed restrictions apply, and a pet fee applies. Ask us about the specific pet policy for the unit you’re interested in.

What comes with your apartments?

Every unit is fully renovated before move-in with updated kitchens, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new flooring. Specific amenities such as in-unit laundry and parking vary by property, so check the listing for the unit you’re considering.

Who handles maintenance?

Our maintenance team is in-house, not outsourced, so when something needs attention you’re dealing with our own people. Residents submit maintenance requests through the online portal, and for urgent issues after hours there is an emergency maintenance line at (614) 633-8633.

How do I pay rent and submit requests?

Residents use our online portal to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and view monthly statements anytime.

What are your office hours and how do I reach you?
