We fully renovate each building before residents move in. Updated interiors include new flooring, modern kitchens, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Because we manage every property ourselves, the team responsible for your apartment is also the team that owns and maintains it.
Our communities sit in some of the area’s most desirable neighborhoods. In Gahanna, residents have convenient access to Creekside Park and Easton Town Center. In Columbus, you’ll find our properties in Harrison West, the Short North, German Village, and Olde Towne East, close to local restaurants, parks, and transit.
