Incredible staff, small quiet neighborhood, extremely close to the main highway without the noise, attendant maintenance staff, and friendly neighbors! The best apartment complex I've ever lived.
The Everett has been an amazing place to live. The residents are friendly, management is prompt in their replies to questions, and my dog loves having the dog park on site!
Lived here 2 years, maintenance responsive and even helped make sure apt was ok when I was away. Management responsive and accommodating. Can hear neighbors at times but about same as any other apartment ive rented. Appliances worked fine for me. I was refunded full deposit after basic cleaning on moveout. Thanks!
I’ve only lived here six months, but I really enjoy my new home. The grounds are maintained, and my landlord is always available if needed. Yeah, I like it so much I even got my best friend to move in too!
I’ve lived at the Everett for a couple of years now and I can’t believe I’m just finally getting around to writing a review. I love all of my neighbors and anytime I’ve ever needed anything from management they always get back to me in a timely manner. I can’t recommend it enough.
I have lived at the building on N High St since 2024 and it's a lovely place to be! Maintenance personnel are pretty quick to respond to issues and very professional. Leasing staff are also prompt and professional in their replies. Overall a nice place to live in a cute community.
I've lived in several apartments across the city over the years and this is by far on of the best experiences I've had so far. All stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and washer/dryer is included. The location is literally 10-15 minutes from anything you need. Unless what you need is in Hilliard, Dublin, or Grove City.
I loathe noisy neighbors. However, I've never had issues with noisy neighbors here (the installation they installed helps tremendously). Its easy to forget you even have neighbors with how quiet it can be inside your apartment.
The only bad thing I can think is being so close to a busy intersection during rush hour, the traffic can get a bit backed up. But patience is a virtue.
Mitch in the office is top-notch. He is easy to reach and is very prompt with responding to emails. His communication is spot on. One time our water went out and I noticed the city was working on pipes across the street. I walked across and asked the city workers and they said burst pipe. I contacted Mitch through the numbers on the offices' door and he sent an email out to every resident within 5 minutes. He instructed everyone on the situation and how not to damage their water heater when their water isn't working.
Been here for a while now and it's been a great experience. The apartments are a new construction and in a small and quiet community. I feel safe parking my vehicle here and it is well lit at night and I believe monitored as well. Pricing is reasonable. Maintenance is very quick/free, sometimes same day, and the maintenance guys are nice. Trash is free. Utilities are reasonable, and fiber-optic Internet is in each apartment so that's great.
The only downsides are that there's no garbage disposal in the kitchen, kitchen is not super well ventilated if you're cooking food that is smoky (air fryer solves this), the apartments are located right next to a very busy intersection/road that is especially busy during morning and evening commuting hours and also there's a fire station about a half mile away so there's a lot of sirens that you hear. Those are literally the only things I can think of that I do not like. Everything else is reasonable or great.
